There is a simple solution for so many problems in schools’ everyday life – Open the window and get some fresh air! Especially in winter, when the heating is on, the CO2 level gets high and O2 low. That means people get tired and unfocused – The lesson gets arduous.

Within the system “Action–Education-Sustainability” I developed a campaign, which reaches out to students and teachers directly in their working space. We went to schools and tried to wake up people with some action – Opening pop-up windows, creating their own posters and t-shirts and taking them out into the fresh air by doing a big balloon event. After that we taught them, why it is necessary to get fresh air and how to develop a system of ventilation.

One year later, we have the result: 60% of the participants feel a distinctive
upgrade in their classes and grades.
